Working at Horizon Home Care and Hospice

I really enjoy my position as manager at Horizon. I feel that I am given the tools I need to do my job and I am empowered to make changes within my department and within our organization as a whole. In addition to therapy specific matters, I have a strong interest in Trauma Informed Care as it relates to working more effectively with our patients to understand the root cause of many of their chronic conditions...and am passionate about environmental issues. I have been able to incorporate both of these interests into my current position and feel supported on most fronts so long as it is in line with our forward movement as a company providing excellent/affordable care to our patients and a positive working environment and experience for those who choose to work with Horizon.
