For the most part, it is a great company and I really enjoy everyone that I work with. The atmosphere is very laid back and accommodating with my family. The laid back environment can be a bad thing though, at times. There is some degree of favoritism and nepotism that happens a lot. There is also an issue with accountability with some employees which does affect the morale of the office, at times.
