INTERA Reviews
What is it like working at INTERA?
Fantastic Opportunity, Painful Onboarding.
Hydrogeologist in Richland:
Pros: I enjoy the variety of projects I get to work on and the expertise of those I get to work with. Learning from those with more experience than itself is a great pleasure and privilege.
Cons: The pay scale is not good. There is a mentality that you only get to see pay increases after you've paid an indeterminate "due" in service to the company. Until that "due" is met, you may or may not experience any significant improvement in salary adjustment, regardless of performance.
