Fairly stressful. Too much square footage to maintain per worker. So much equipment to maintain per worker.
Maintenance and Repair Worker, General in Indiana:
Pros: Other workers are pretty nice to be around. But when they need something repaired, they want it done yesterday!
Cons: Want Maintenance to do more and more for less and keep giving us more and more work to do. Think we deserve more money for all the responsibilities we have.
