The people I work make bearable.
Technical Support Specialist in Freeport:
Pros: The people I work with

Front Desk Receptionist in Pensacola:
Pros: The can find a job for me when I cannot, excpet they get paid more than I do
Cons: They get paid more than I do
Technical Advisor in Macon:
In the process of leaving. I really don’t think they care about employees. We’re honestly just a number. I been on this job for over. A year and it helped me get off my feet, but it’s not career worthy. No matter how good you do, one metric mistake can mess you up. Although I’m a good employee I hardly come in due to not being as happy on it. They welcome you at first but once you’re in production you’re on the floor. They expect you to take verbal abuse, and they turn down your pto even when you reach a year. Anyone can become a team lead, because most are lazy, inconsiderate, and kiss up’s. If it’s your type of thing, go for it, if you need money to help pay bills, go for it, but personally I wouldn’t settle for it , for years. The pay is the only thing that I liked. And the elder customers.
Kelly Services is a very Professional Company that cares about me.
Administrative Assistant in Carrollton:
Pros: Everything! Pay rate, vacations, benefits, holidays, fair treatment...
Cons: Not be able to negotiate pay raises.
Uncertainty in the work place.
Special Education Paraprofessional in Hackensack:
Pros: It is flexible to work any days
Cons: It gives me time to search for new opportunities and reflect on my current situation
Sr. Project Manager, Operations in Milford:
My experience has been great. I get to lead my team the way I want too and my manager is always available. There is some struggle at the top making any decisions which is usually a roadblock for most campaigns.
It's a great opportunity.
Substitute Teacher, K-12 in Plaquemine:
Pros: Interacting with young minds and seeing how they thrive to succeed
Cons: Not getting paid during breaks
