Good company, great people at the lower level. Upper management just did not care whatsoever and hide behind the ludacris motto of “family first”. Owners know that as soon as one manager leaves another will be there to take their place, they only care about the dollar. I worked 50+ hours a week for over 3 years with two vacations the entire time. Lost 40 hours of vacation one year because my time off was denied. Take the job, see for yourself. It’s a typical restaurant job with the same bs.
