What is it like working at Lakeview Specialty Hospital?

Charge Nurse (RN) in Racine:
Pros: Being able to provide care to patients and be available for staff to talk to me about their concerns.
Cons: Scheduling
It is rewarding but stressful.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Oak Creek:
Pros: I like helping people and making them laugh, even when things can be hard. Y
Cons: The management isn’t very supportive of staff at times.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Waterford:
I like working at Lakeview Specialty Hospital for many reasons. The nurses I work with are great, we’re trying to avoid having agency nurses come in right now. The pay is alright, but I’ve heard some places pay more. Especially since we’re out in Waterford. Staffing is an issue, like anywhere else. Sometimes RNs have to do Complete nursing care, as a RN and CNA. Some of management is great. All in all I would recommend this as a place to work.
Great Team.

Cons: I like it all.
