Shoot from the hip and hope it works.
Human Resources (HR) Business Partner in Las Vegas:
Pros: Great discounts and access to events that impact the Las Vegas valley.
Cons: Lack of communication from leadership and direct management. Favoritism and nepotism is ramped. The organization lacks consistency and maturity in business processes, employee experience, growth/development and establishing a company culture. It's always a reactionary state of being, and it takes advantage of employees because they are the largest employer in Nevada.
Great opportunities.

Autonomy.

Company that provides the bare minimum, but expects over the top results.

It could be worse.

Great place to work.

Strategic Sourcing Manager in Las Vegas:
Great experience; good place to learn about the hospitality industry. The company is great supporter of diversity within its staff and within the vendor industry. However, the compensation does not match industry standard just yet, but the benefits are great.
