Pros: Working with individuals who have a form of disability and providing them the opportunity to succeed.
Cons: The communication thus far has been very limited/restricted and we tend to find out important information late/after the fact.

Cons: How much the company has changed. It's focus is no longer on helping people with disabilities, it is now just business.

Technical Services Representative in Grand Rapids:
Pros: There is always something to do or work on in between calls, chats, and email for customer issues.
Cons: The Scheduling can be kind of weird but you can always talk with your supervisor or Vocation Service Support personnel.
