Love animals and take the best care of them with pride.
Companion in Columbia:
Pros: Taking care of the Petco Zoo and assisting guests to help take care of their pets at home

Exploited for labor understaffed stores and under payed employees makes the health and well-being of the animals suffer one person is expected to complete multiple tasks and there is no communication from management on any complaints or need of help.
Animal Caretaker in Barboursville:
Pros: Being able to know that the animals in my care are healthy but based on our employees and lack of checking in from management I am sure other stores are not this way
Cons: I am no appreciated as a contributor to the company even though I gross very high sales in animals and fish and have a very high animal care rating.I am expected to do multiple other peoples jobs with no compensation. I have no say in how to improve the company and so called mangers from corporate don’t even know my name even though they want me to make them money when they can’t even pay me fairly. Our store is drowning and there is no help.
Busy.
Store Team Leader in Palm Coast:

An army of one.

An army of one.
Merchandise Manager in Mableton:
Pros: My team is amazing.
Cons: They keep cutting hours and expecting the same level of excellence. A lot of the time I am by myself in the store. I can’t help customers, stock shelves, and pick online orders by myself.
Learning experiences.
Retail Sales Associate in Waldorf:
Pros: Helping educate my community on proper animal care
Cons: My manager Debra Hicks, She's difficult to communicate and work with. It doesn't stop me from getting my work done in a timely efficient and productive fashion. I strive for perfection
I work here for the animals.
Operations Manager in Seattle:
Pros: Animals. Aquatica. Teaching guesta who want to learn how to properly take care of their bew pets.
Cons: Guests who do not take our educated advise, and blame us for their new pet getting sick or passing away.
Over worked and severely under appreciated.
Yearly raises that used to be anywhere from .10 to .25 cents -are now non existent. When asking for a raise for the last 2 years I was told that no-one in the compnay got more than a 2% raise.
Thats hard to believe.
