Pros: I’m left alone to do my work on my own.
Cons: Constant aggravation and stress with no appreciation or compensation for taking more on

Pros: The boss let's us have the days we need off, off and some of my co-workers are cool and I get along with them great. we get paid holidays.
Cons: Some of my co-worker are jerks and work my nerves. We work long hour for barley any overtime pay. You have work there at least 2 years just to get a paid vactaion then you only get like 3 to 5 days. For jus $7.25 an hour they want you do 4 to 5 different jobs. no, they do not pay you for all the different obs. Low pay for more work than its worth.
It’s great when my bi polar boss isn’t here.

Cons: On a Saturday when the boss says quote we will have a meeting unquote. It’s always a negative meeting
Stressful with no appreciation. They show to much favoritism.

Cons: The fact that they favor other employees. Allowing overtime only to those favorites. Anyone else is scolded for it.
It’s nice, some customers can be rude but the regulars are super sweet.
