What is it like working at Presbyterian?

I enjoy it. I have learned a lot. It is a little stressful at time but rewarding.

Pros: The patients. I work 8-5 and in the hospital clinic

Stressful, managers do not think it is important to approve time carda on time.

Cons: Managers are not held accountable for their work.
Stressfull, the managers do not think that approving time cards is important but want the pay to be accurate.

Cons: No one is accountable for what they do but want me to be.
Horrible.

Cons: Lack of support from higher management and if your not in the “in crowd” your treated badly.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Working for Presbyterian has been a good experience. The first year with Presbyterian was a little rough due to not having proper management but has since gotten much better. The pay can definitely be better according to how much you do but all in all, it’s a good place to work.
Certified Medication Aide:
I really like it alot, they are really good to work for. I had surgery and they got me a short term, when I was off work, which I really appreciate, the benefits are ok, the management is great, I haven't had no problems with their management, it's a good place to work I recommend of working here, they care about you, not like other jobs I have had, they cared about you and treat u good.
