RML Specialty Hospital Reviews
What is it like working at RML Specialty Hospital?
Rewarding to work w/patients.
Registered Nurse (RN), Critical Care in Chicago:
Pros: My coworkers are great team players and everyone helps each other out. My coworkers is what has kept me there for this long.
Cons: Management does show appreciation for current staff and does nothing to retain them. People leave because they feel undervalued and overworked. We are chronically understaffed, which leads to burnout and staff leaving. If management would get agency staff in to help with the shortage, current staff would probably not be actively looking for a different job.
