Reliance Steel & Aluminum Reviews
What is it like working at Reliance Steel & Aluminum?
Working as a Distribution Manager at Reliance is rewarding.
Distribution Manager in Woburn:
Pros: I enjoy the people I work with. I also enjoy being apart of the American supply chain and building America
Cons: I least like our lack of technology being used in the warehouse.
Incredibly unique.
Sales Representative in Petersburg:
Pros: Problem solving and taking care of my customers structural steel needs. Being able to see what our customers transform raw steel into.
Cons: No communication between the GM and all other departments. GM is not supportive of sales team. Moral is very low in all departments. Need more people to work in all departments. Should increase pay for warehouse employees.
