College is growing.

Pros: I love the dynamic culture of a University setting. Much happenings and educational events happening.
Cons: It is hard to be a woman in Facilities. You work harder and get paid less; hard work is not rewarded. If you are not the squeakiest wheel, you won't be brought on full-time no matter how hard you work and/or the quality of work you consistently produce. Meanwhile coworkers nap and have absolutely no repercussions. It demotivates you and it gets very frustrating.
