Sales Associate in Miami:
Pros: Customer Service.
Cons: Low paid you spend years working with the company and they just add cents to the paid,Tuesdays the merchandise arrives and you have to put it in the floor as soon as possible and at the same time give a good customer service,Besides the presure all the time that managers and associates receive it's insane.

Retail Store Manager in Crestview:
I thoroughly enjoy what I do within the beauty industry. Cultures are changing and moving away from brick and mortar stores but there’s something about trying to buy hair color on line that just can’t compare to that face to face experience.
Very stressful, no staff.
Retail Store Manager in Omaha:
Pros: My employees, customers and co managers.
Cons: Pay, no enough hours for staff and communication.
Underpaid and overworked.
Retail Store Manager in Salem:
Pros: I like that the stores are very close, your teams become like a little family. We're there for each in times of need and play well off of each other.
Cons: Being overworked and underpaid. Being in a retail setting that deals with a lot of vanity and not feeling appreciated by the company.
