Select Rehabilitation, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Select Rehabilitation, Inc.?

Physical Therapist Assistant in Saint Petersburg:
The regional manager is a bully and forces employees to choose between working off the clock or being fired to achieve unrealistic productivity standards. If you want to be micromanaged, threatened, screamed at by upper management, and are willing to commit fraud and risk your license than Select Rehab is the place for you.
No annual increases, can’t get answers from upper management, I don’t feel appreciated.
Physical Therapist Assistant in Greenwood:
Pros: Nothing
Cons: See above
All rehab companies are the same.
Rehabilitation Director in Springfield:
Pros: Working with patients improving their quality of life.
Cons: Unrealistic expectations and productivity
Productivity driven care instead of patient driven care.
Occupational Therapist (OT) in Dothan:
Pros: Patient interaction and treatment allowing improved patient quality of life
Cons: Low pay and productivity driven treatments decreasing quality of care
Physical Therapist Assistant in Allen Park:
Pros: Flexible hours
Cons: No appreciation for our field and knowledge as therapists
Unappreciated.
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Spokane:
Pros: The patients I work with that is why I stay
Cons: Poor benefits and lack of appreciation for work well done
Low pay for PTAs.
Physical Therapy Assistant in Clare:
Cons: Pay is unfair. COTA New grad 1 year out makes more because of trying to go to another company. Raises only happen when you try to quit and you are in nee. PTAs are not in high demand
