St. Francis Hospital Reviews

What is it like working at St. Francis Hospital?

Challenging in these unpredictable times.
Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Bethpage:
Pros: My colleague relationships
Cons: Feelings of a political environment
Good place to make a difference.
Physical Therapist Assistant in Broken Arrow:
Pros: Christ centered
Cons: Understaffed, low pay
ED tech.
Patient Care Technician in Columbus:
Pros: I love the ED: the learning opportunities and my co workers.
Cons: Under appreciated and under paid
Registered Nurse (RN):
Employees are paid $3-5 less per hour than the other hospital in town. Staffing is the worst I’ve seen ever and I’ve worked in quite a few different hospitals. I’d recommend looking elsewhere at this time, Lifepoint is driving this hospital straight downhill. The only thing holding me is the bonus I received that I’d have to repay if I left before my one year mark.
Poor staffing but great people to work with.
Registered Nurse (RN):
Pros: Coworkers.
Cons: Staffing and lack of education of new hires, inadequate mentoring for nursing.
