I love My job.
Overnight Stocker in Atlanta:
Pros: My team members we all get along awesome. I love those guys and gals ❤️.
Cons: My supervisors and night manager they really don't have respect for us I've seen it up close and personal. Sad to say we will loose alot of good employees due to the fact that the employees don't have a say it's just shut up and work. But I trained all the new associates and never get a thank you just disrespectful ways. But I that's just who I am I take initiative to help my fellow co-workers cause that's what steam play suppose to do.
Rewarding. Interesting. Exhausting. Sad.
Front End Clerk in The Woodlands:
Pros: Our store has alot of friendly and hardworking staff, friendly customers, both regulars and new.. Diverse merchandise. Rewarding due to the friendliness of positive customers and coworkers.
Cons: Interesting. Exhausting due to rude individuals whom treat me as if I was in the lowest class. Customers whom yell and request a manager when I card them for purchasing alcohol or tobacco products and state they did not bring their ID or individuals who become offended at the suggestion of them entering their own phone number that's associated with their Kroger card. And that I constantly giving them a difficult time yet I do not know whom the customer is nor do I believe I have ever catered to them not as a Front End/Drug Dept/Bakery/Utility or as a Deli Clerk or even as a human. The reduction of hours without advising staff. The constant varying of my schedule due to other staff quitting or being on leave, vacation. I understand due to illness. However that is not the case. It has happened to me and I've tried to work well with the ever changing schedule due to people quitting.
Courtesy Clerk in Dublin:
Pros: making friends and developing a stong community
Cons: the store i am at now only focuses on the favored instead of the seniority
