What is it like working at The Kroger Company?
It is wonderful! I am given challenging work and appreciated.

Cons: When no one listens or doesn't do what is told to do
Assistant Manager, Customer Service in Nashville:
Pros: That some managers do like to help you grow and move up in the company.

Kroger is a great place to work.
Information Technology (IT) Supervisor in Roanoke:
Pros: I like the people I work with most of all, this is the biggest plus, they are all so appreciative, and caring. The pay isn't too bad and if they see potential in you, they will push you to develop yourself and grow, there's always a chance for promotion.
Cons: The company doesn't have the best communication from the top down, many times you will find out about something that happened days ago, leaving you no time to prepare. There is a bit of a revolving door of talent, they don't seem negotiate with people and to mind letting folks go.
It is great.
Cashier in Hebron:
Pros: That I get to see customers and make them happy
Cons: Managers are trash. I could do a better job
Great opportunity for experience.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) in Cincinnati:
Pros: knowing that I am helping people and I'm able to give them insight into insurance and some of the pharmacy process
Cons: the treatment of staff by customers. Corporate not understanding our specific needs
Great start up job.
Sales Associate in Salt Lake City:
Pros: Its easy and i work with the public. I make sure that there's groceries for whoever needs them
Cons: They took a long time having masks, gloves, sanitation stations, and barriers for the cashiers.
