Limited Strategic Impact.
Assistant Vice President (AVP), Regional Director in Fort Wayne:

Senior Systems Analyst in Fort Wayne:
Fantastic place to call home for the past 6 years. Cares about their customers, but also cares immensely about their employees. Great benefits. Solid leadership through COVID. Great culture. Just can't say enough good things about LFG.
Terrible place to work.
Operations Supervisor in Greensboro:
Pros: some of the my departmental
Cons: management
Web Content Specialist:
As a contractor, you do not get the same "perks" as a FTE hired by Lincoln. I was unable to enjoy employee picnics or lunches, I could not join Lincoln-sponsored groups and was let out of company meetings. However, the people I worked with were great! They were welcoming, kind, easy to get along with and worked well as a team. My manager was nice and gave me a lot of autonomy (much more than most would give a contracted employee).
