The McKinstry Company Reviews
What is it like working at The McKinstry Company?
A great place to work.
Fire Sprinkler Designer in Seattle:
Pros: I love it here because up and down the line this company is very conscious of employee needs and they are proactive.
Cons: Not being able to get the one-on-one interaction at the office due to COVID safety restrictions.
Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst:
McKinstry is a great company to work for. Its people-first philosophy means that there is always work going on to improve the employee experience as well as help standardize our work, leading to a safe working environment (very important in the construction industry) and consistent results for our clients.
The benefits package is very good, and health coverage options are really comprehensive.
McKinstry does sometimes struggle around communication, but does make attempts to improve this. Having grown rapidly in a relatively short time frame, it is now maturing through the development of standard operating procedures. It's business model is designed to protect employees against potential declines/crashes through the different lines of business that are in place.
Overall, my experience as a McKinstry employee has been awesome and I look forward to continuing my work here.
