The Mentor Network Reviews

What is it like working at The Mentor Network?

Challenging but rewarding, with a lot of autonomy.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Littleton:
Pros: The autonomy.
Cons: The issue of constantly being understaffed. The patient to nurse ratio is not great either. You can have up to 10 patients at a time sometimes and some of those patients may be more acute, such as respiratory patients with trachs; this is a safety concern.
Awesome.
Executive Director in Sterling Heights:
Pros: Ability to work with a highly competent team of leaders.
Cons: Struggles with changes in health care reimbursement
Frustrating, unappreciated, coworkers not doing their job so that you can do yours.
Maintenance Technician in Brooklyn Center:
Pros: My boss
Cons: Attitude of coworkers
I give customer service to employees as well as our clients. I feel as a mediator between manager and employee.
Administrative Assistant in Phoenix:
Pros: The constant pace. The ability to multi task gives me a sense of purpose and I like that i get to know all employees as well as few of our clients. I truly appreciate those I work with.
Cons: Answering phone calls
