The NPD Group, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at The NPD Group, Inc.?
Absolutely horrible they claim they have family values but they are just greedy.
Retail Store Manager in Christchurch:
Pros: The customers
Cons: Staff and H/O
Great culture,
Business Development Director in Georgetown:
Pros: Local management has everyone’s best interests at heart. Very positive work environment.
Cons: Definitely have seen some ageism taking shape corporately...ling term consistently successful employees suddenly let go
A solid place to work!
Account Manager in Los Angeles:
Pros: The people and the exposure to so many different client backgrounds.
Cons: The lack of diversity. Your manager has a lot of control over your career development and your team's leadership drives the rules more than HR, so every team operates very differently.
Executive Director in New York:
Privately owned family like company. Work life balance has allowed me to raise my children while continuing a successful career. I have been promoted many times since I started. I have also been very fortunate that in all my time here I’ve worked with amazing people and always had interesting and challenging work to keep my interest in the various roles I’ve held. Highly recommend.
Would be perfect if the pay was fair.
Account Specialist in Chicago:
Pros: I love everything about my job - the work, the people, the work-life balance..... except for the pay.
Cons: The pay. I found out my male colleague was making significantly more than me than in the same role. I perform the job much better (truly a fact - I have been told this countless times by people including his boss) and yet.... my salary is much lower. It's worth noting that I am a female and that is the only difference.
Great place to work, but pay does not reflect.
Market Research Supervisor in Athlone:
Pros: Independence to work on your own initiative and flexibility
Cons: The rate of pay - This is the only downfall
