Cons: When you are in the middle of something and you get interrupted and distracted to 2-4 other things
Management is a click and unprofessional. They make awful decisions and are manipulated by the “ good old girls club” that many of us have been trying to tell HR about… nobody listens or cares.

Cons: Management telling me that every so often I need to make sure the schedulers, the lab, the PFC’s are doing their jobs… basically I have to be a secretary instead of a treatment nurse… not in my job description
