What is it like working at Tradesmen International, Inc.?

High passed, low support.
Project Manager, Operations in Bedford:
Pros: My local team and those manage
Cons: Upper management does not understand the job on the ground level. TI is also siloed to the point where they can not collaborate.
Decent Company, not transparent on pay.
Apprentice Electrician in Salt Lake City:
Pros: I like how they leave me alone for the most part and let me work, without bothering me.
Cons: I don't feel I am being paid fairly for my skillset, knowledge, and experience. Regardless of my schooling, I strongly believe I should be paid more.
Starting pay should be higher based on experience, but the work is manageable.
Carpenter in Allentown:
Pros: Being able to move from one job to the other while building new experience in other fields.
Cons: Workers have more of a relationship with the company they're working under than the one that actually employs them.
Administrative Assistant:
Mostly a great staff at my location. Lower than market pay for the job duties I am expected to preform. My job title is Administrative Assistant, but my job duties are far more comprehensive than any administrative assistant- I am an office manager who is being paid well under what the market value for my job is, because I do not have the job title of Office Manager. The benefits are average, not terrible not amazing. Though the PTO is better than most companies, and management, in my region at least, is always okay if a staff member has to step out of the office for an appointment or something. Company culture needs some improvements with respect to appropriate pay commensurate w/duties preformed, and a refocus on comprehensive training modules and SOP’s for office staff company wide. Management micromanages, and HR compliance is nonexistent, so be comfortable with inappropriate comments/jokes/stories, as well as inappropriate behavior (aggressive outbursts, refusal to do job diuties that individual doesn’t want to do, lack of accountability for bad behavior). While this all sounds terrible, these are all things that are easy to fix, if management is willing to lead by example and hold people accountable.
