UCLA Medical Center Reviews

What is it like working at UCLA Medical Center?

Extremely Supported.
Registered Nurse (RN), Critical Care in Los Angeles:
Pros: UCLA has a lot of resources to offer bedside nurses. I never feel like I'm alone making decisions for my patients. And we have lift team, so I'm not expected to lift heavy patients alone.
Cons: Paying for parking.
Just ok.
Associate Professor, Postsecondary / Higher Education in Los Angeles:
Pros: teaching the content in a laboratory environment
Cons: interacting with supervisor and administration
Interesting and exciting.
Laboratory Supervisor, Medical / Clinical in Los Angeles:
Pros: Always adapting, complicated cases and closely collaborating with clinicians to provide the best patient care
Cons: Smallest office in management, not enough space, no raise, underpaid because of union contract
I co worker gossip and hard to work with.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Oxnard:
Pros: The benefits
Cons: The way the office is ran by a manager who worry about being liked instead of being strong and fair
Administrative Officer in Los Angeles:
Doesn't pay well but you learn the business. Must be able to do the job of 2-3 people to be successful at this company. Management isn't that friendly which makes the job much harder than it needs to be.
