UAMS Will Continue to Lose Employees for Low Pay and Lack of Pay Equity.

Pros: Overall, I believe UAMS has a great group support staff clinical and non-clinical that care about their patients. I also believe they have very good clinicians, APRN's and doctors who have the skills needed to take care of patients.
Cons: Pay Equity, Lack of Career Ladders; plans and mentors, ever changing leadership - many unprepared, Lack of communication for future plans that impacts your job,
Wage is below average and short staffing is very common.
