What is it like working at VA Central Iowa Health Care System?
It's highly rewarding to help the Veterans/Patients.
Nurse Aide, Orderly, or Attendant in West Des Moines:
Pros: Meeting many different types of people whom are Veterans/Patients and assisting them during their recovery process or end-of-life cares.
Cons: Some co-workers (i.e. RN's, LPN's, BSN's) treat me differently because I'm only an NA, but for the most part I'm treated quite fairly.
