Extremely satisfying and sometimes challenging, and sometimes monotonous.
Maintenance Technician in Hunter:
Pros: When customers comes back and tells me or my manager how good their skis/snowboard is, also how well you did a repair on said skis and snowboards.also helping customers to have a good time and getting them on the slopes as safe and fast as possible.
Cons: A very few bad customers that don’t understand their equipment and the conditions and what what my job is and blame me for their poor skiing.
