Love the company but can’t take it anymore with the foreman they act like kids and they have their own little click.

Pros: I love doing what I do and I am very good at what I do
Cons: Do not agree with the foreman and how he runs things and he is not fair it’s all about him and his little clique if they don’t like you then regardless if you’re better than they are on equipment or not they’re going to try to get you out
Busy at times but pleasing.

Pros: I come in and figure out what I’m doing early in the morning and try and make it last the whole day.
