Vetcor Reviews

What is it like working at Vetcor?

Poverty wages despite giant corporate profit margins.
Veterinary Technician in Pittsburgh:
Pros: My coworkers, being in general practice.
Cons: Upper management/corporate jacks the prices of severices and products way up, and we do not see any of the return on that despite the fact that we are the ones providing that service. It's incredibly frustrating giving your all, giving wonderful, knowledgeable care, and being paid the same as a sheetz employee. Also, the fact that my hospital manager has a 2022 designer car, and pushes so hard that they cannot pay us more. It doesn't make sense.
Such a emotional, and physical straining job to be paid poorly.
Veterinary Technician in London:
Pros: Caring for animals is my passion
Cons: Poor Pay, and lack of authority/ control
Lack of direction or structure.
Team Lead, Operations in Houston:
Pros: The underlying families have underlying Heath or Commitments
Cons: The lack of compassion for the feed back that has been dis discussed
Disappointing.
Veterinary Technician in Greer:
Pros: Using my skills as a trained technician
Cons: Constant pressure to do more and make more money.
Veterinary Technician in Duncan:
For a corporate company the are very good. Compared to another company I worked for they look after employees well regarding benefits, CE, time off etc. Would like to see some clear definitions amongst trainee and qualified staff. Also their bonus programme is great but unrealistic to get the top bonus every quarter. Other than that, after 28 yrs in the Veterinary profession, I can honestly say I’m happy working for a company that’s not all about numbers!
I love the work, the pay-could be better.
Office Manager in Fort Myers:
Pros: Animal medicine is my passion
Cons: The pay, lack of trust
Veterinarian in Edwardsville:
Pros: Benefits
Cons: They don't help or answer emails.
