Financial Analyst @ Winnco.
Financial Analyst in Lowell:
Pros: Love the work, very stressful for the amount compensated
Cons: The compensation to work level
Very rewarding because I learned a lot.
Compliance Specialist in Boston:
Pros: The oportunity to grow
Cons: For the amount of strees and responsability
Like the job but the pay is below average unless you work tons of overtime.
Maintenance Technician in Watertown:
Pros: They leave you alone to do your job.
Cons: The pay
Horrible.
Assistant Property Manager in Camden:
Pros: Meeting people from other properties
Cons: Unorganized, not consistent, irresponsible , negligent , your work is never good enough , no credit or appreciation , the hire ups are always talking about each other and pointing the finger instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes. The hold your job over your head . Constantly threatening to fire or write you up. No protection from the residents. The absolute worst.
Stressful.
Assistant Property Manager in Boston:
Pros: Working with the tenants and hearing from them that they appreciate my assistance.
Cons: When upper management does things late, like hiring extra help or getting your raise in on time. They do not think about how it will affect the employee and office moral.
