Wynn Resorts Ltd. Reviews

What is it like working at Wynn Resorts Ltd.?

Wynn barely tries and fails spectacularly.
Front End Developer / Engineer in Las Vegas:
Pros: I work with a few great people despite. That's the only saving grace.
Cons: The lack of management, the lack of communication, the lack of documentation, the lack of trust of employees to work from home and not giving all employees the option of working from home even during the height of the pandemic. Some people were pulled back into the office in June of 2020. The constant shifting of priorities due the shareholders not having a unified vision in the digital space. More importantly, Wynn IT is a boys club and I see no effort being made to change this culture in it's toxicity.
Marketing Specialist in Las Vegas:
Decent company to work for. Compared to national standards, the pay is a little on the low side (esp. Considering their revenue). They value their employees averagely, but pulled a big PR stunt of not furloughing anyone during the COVID pandemic, letting competitors do it first, then furloughed a lot of people early June until the fall leaving us with worse UI benefits. Really good corporation to get a foot in the door but pay needs to be improved to keep them truly as a top resort company. You can't underpay and expect to be the best.
