Pros: I get to experiment and try new things while implementing processes. Whether it works or not, at least I am ae to try something new. I am generally trusted to do my job without any interference from upper management.
Cons: While I am allowed freedom, there is a lack of communication between upper management (back of house or office) and front of house management.

Pros: The regulars, they make every shift worth it. They are amazing and always give me a laugh.
Cons: The quiet shifts. They go so slowly and there's nothing to do but clean. Also, the pay. It's minimum wage and if you've been here as long as I have or have the experience in his sector then the wage will not be right for you.
