Bookkeeper Reviews

What is it like working as a Bookkeeper?

March 2014
Books haven't been done for a year.
Bookkeeper:
Knowledgeable in all group.
February 2014
Bookkeeper:
Be flexible and be ready to learn a system(s).
January 2014
Bookkeeper:
Pros: Having to decide about my own schedule aside from being disciplined on time by the management.
Cons: People in the workplace are mean, inconsiderate sometimes and do a lot of hearsays.
December 2013
Bookkeeper:
I feel that bookkeepers are under appreciated most of the time. The most important responsibility of this job is to keep your employer's books current and helping them make a budget forecast, and sticking to their budget.

Career That Lasts.
Bookkeeper:
Times change and so will your likes and desires. Find a career that will roll with the times. Working from home is financially great in a lot of ways, but make sure you have a dedicated work space. Keep updating yourself and maintain great credit and relationships with governing agencies.
October 2013
Get used to babysitting
Bookkeeper:

October 2013
Keep Studying
Bookkeeper:
I did my AAT and "took a break". By the time I wanted to go back, it was too expensive. Since then I've struggled to make progress simply because I stopped studying. It's hard but worth it.
