The pay does not equal the work.

Pros: I enjoy my job very much and I work with great people. Its a great job.
Cons: The pay doesn't match the amount of work that I do. I know most people would say the same thing, but its so true. I have a lot of responsibility and I just don't feel my pay reflects that at all.
