Pros: The people that I work with are incredible. I have made sure from the top down to treat people as family and important. Setting them up for success is very important and job satisfaction is very high.
Cons: The lack of appreciation from the CEO's and lack of pay. I know that I have made this company what it is today and grown it from the ground up. I feel I should be compensated for all of these continued accomplishments.
