What is it like working as a Meat Cutter?

Hard work.

February 2015
Outrages goals set by corporate and management.
Meat Cutter:
Pros: The interactions with customers.
Cons: The lack of help that is provided. They tend to put a lot of unnecessary stress on one or two individuals rather than provide the help needed.
December 2014
Lots of work with inconsistent shifts.
Meat Cutter:
Pros: Always something to do, co workers are good.
Cons: They don't appreciate workers like they used to. Expect more for less.
June 2014
Stalled.
Meat Cutter:
Pros: I have not seen any true benefits yet, even as a full-time employee my hours are being cut.
Cons: Low pay for experience and work performed. Little room for advancement. All merchandising desks ions are top-down with no regard for location specific demographics. I do not see this entity becoming a valid competitor in my region.
