Pros: I like my job. It certainly has challenges such as time management and agility but I believe I'm doing the type of job I wanted to do.
Cons: I'm working remotely, so that means I have not much interactions with colleagues, I have to keep an eye on time management as well as to ensure I'm all the time being agile and proactive.
