Production Supervisor in New York:
Pros: I like my staff, they are very hard working people. I like my supervisor, I have worked with him a long time.
Cons: The micromanaging by the new owner. I feel that myself and my employees along with my supervisor are not trusted. There has been no reason to not trust us, but just a feeling I am getting. I feel like the position I am in now does not allow me the flexibility I used to have. This is a part time position for me, not a full time.
