Production Supervisor:
Pros: I enjoy working directly with people. Setting goals and meeting or exceeding them makes me proud of myself and my team.
Cons: I feel under appreciated sometimes. I am uncertain of my future here, no stability.

Where The Rubber Meets The Road.
Production Supervisor:
Pros: I like interacting with employees and management and directing day to day production work.
Cons: Once the team is performing the daily operations can become monotonous. The advancement culture is almost 100% based on tenure rather than aptitude or ability. Annual compensation increases fail to keep pace with inflation. The "flexible work schedule" can be defined as management flexes and you work their schedule.

Production Supervisor:
Make the right decisions for you and your family.
December 2013
Manpower Management, Cost Saving
Production Supervisor:
Pros: No strict rules for production target, no specific duties, any mistake is forgivable.
Cons: No career development, no respect, no value for hard work, union problem, ill treated staffs, working condition favorable for technicians, technicians being given higher salary, overtime, bonus and allowances, no support from higher officials, unstructured dispute management, horrible use of English language, no actions can be taken if a laborer refuses to work even on contractual basis.
