Retail General Manager (GM) in The Woodlands:
Pros: I love how my place of work is a happy environment for customers. Everyone loves being surrounded by toys and remembering their childhood. We offer things other stores don’t offer.
Cons: Everything relies on me. I make the schedule, hire new people, train new people, open boxes, barcode, sticker and put product out, marketing, cashier, and make a product video every day. By the end of the day, I can’t feel my feet and feel like the weight of the store rests in my hands.
