Pros: There is nothing I love more than building connections and relationships with students and watching them learn and grow. It warms my heart to see them succeeding and becoming the best person they can possibly be.
Cons: I feel like I don’t get enough credit for the work that I do. My job is extremely challenging and exhausting at times and it wears me out. I also don’t think I get paid enough money for teaching the future of our country.
