Technical Product & Program Manager in Florida:
Pros: High tech products and complex work. I love figuring things out, which draws me to the job.
Cons: The company literally only cares if they are making money and pleasing the individuals currently in office, who write the contracts. The company does not care who you are as an individual and they have a "check in the box" mentality to compliance. There is no regard for personal preference or freedom, you may as well be in the military but without the good benefits.

Technical Product & Program Manager:
Fiundamentally no real innovation at VZ , its merely plugging partners who do innovate or maybe not into the VZ sales funnel and leveraging the scale available. Tech leadership is - very bad and delusional. Its a maze of bureaucracy and politics which definitely stifles anything interesting to happen .
