There is no structure or job spec if you have been there long enough then things go smoothly because you would have collected enough inforation to make you JOB easier with out digging information from collegues heads.

Pros: I have made good relationships with Developers to learn my way around the system
Cons: No structure no data base with the way systems work constantly you have to be nuisance to other knowledgeable "Old staff member information on how command line works because no other company uses this language on or universe
