What is it like working at HeroTel?

A Lot of work, A Lot of Promises, Inadequate pay for amount of work.
Draughtsman in Pretoria:
Pros: The people is really nice to work with.
Cons: Unfair pay. False promises on raises. Doing more work than what is in your job Description and not getting compensated for any of it.
Uncertain - Others come into the company and are paid way more.

Cons: Always learning new things means you push boundaries and as you push boundaries beyond your current title for the sake of improving the company and yourself, the financial increases do not tend to keep up

Cons: Unfair salary allocations, nepotism amongst higher management and family members in the company. Empty promises of salary increase, yet only additional roles and responsibilities are added with no increase and if increase is given, it is not in line with the responsibilities that are expected.
