Pros: Permanent and secure
Cons: The pay
Hell. Too much administrative work, yet you are expected to run things on the floor as well.

Pros: Nothing at the moment
Cons: Stressful
Over worked, exhausting.

Pros: Very busy meeting new patients daily time moves fast always activity and on the go lively environment
Cons: Work load on 1 person becomes too much at times hardly any staff to help sometimes with only 2 hands alone it is difficult to give each individual patient 100% of your time
It has new challenges everyday.

Pros: I enjoy working in an area environment with mutual respect with the clients
Cons: Not reviewing salaries accordingly

Cons: that they dont really appreciate and reward they employees especially those who are hard working and can do a job required from them without the relevant qualifications
Very difficuly snd demanding.

Pros: mentoring staff and developing staff , continuously looking for new BOP's to improve payient care
Cons: Huge amounts of paper work which keeps me away frm the bedside
