Pros: It was an excellent opportunity to grow.
Cons: The salary structure and and promotions and opportunities for growth was not transparent.
I enjoy my work very much but I think the police do not create enough opportunities.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The interacting with people. A small little help makes a difference in a person's life.
Cons: I hate it when your commander don't trust you and want too show that he is boss. They undermine their juniors.

Pros: When accused are found guilty in court which brings closure to the victim’s family

Pros: at the organisation if you do hr you are exposed to almost hr fraternities because you almost do all hr jobs around

Underpaid and overworked.

Pros: Pay is in on time. 13th cheque. Paid holidays and benefits
Cons: Still alot of racism going around. And the fact that growth is so slow
