Over worked and under paid.

Pros: i am able to solve problems and i serve the community which makes them happy
Cons: i work very hard with no growth within the company
State employees are captured. They have no say in their lives.

Pros: I have gained lot of experience
Cons: Learning how to deal with different people.

I have a passion for what I do and I always strive to go the extra mile.In the Current Payment bracket at the SAPS as an Admin Clerk im getting peanuts in comparison to the Employees at the SAPS Act.
